About The Event
Join us for a hands-on service project for all ages at The Agrarian Institute, whose mission is to plant seeds of hope by growing fresh, organic food for families facing food insecurity. Together, we’ll nurture the land, support our community, and learn about regenerative farming.
What to expect:
Guided Tour: We will start the morning with a tour of the farm, learning about their mission to provide nutrient-rich produce to families in need, empower communities through gardening education, and restore the land through Creation Care practices.
Hands-on Service: We will get our hands in the dirt as we weed, spread mulch, harvest produce, and plant seeds.
Optional Activities: After serving, you have the option to bring a lunch and enjoy a meal on the farm. You can also pick fresh blueberries for an additional cost.
