About The Event

This is a Living History Field Trip that is fun for ALL ages! 

Every person (2 and up) is required to purchase a ticket, including adults. The experience is a minimum of 4 hours long and inlcudes a "miner's ration" lunch. I recommend bringing a "regular" lunch as well. There is also a restaurant and bakery, as well as a mercantile and a gift shop--so extra money on the day of is a definite option--but is not required. 

This experience is unique in that guests are free to choose stations to visit and how long to stay there--this is what makes it a great experience for all the ages. 

Guests move freely about just as they would in a mining town buying and selling their gold. At the end of the day, count up your currency and participate in an auction where fortune seekers bid on prizes for their hard…
