About The Event
This self-defense class introduces essential safety concepts, including stranger danger striking techniques, and how to recognize and respond to potentially unsafe situations. Students will learn how to identify trusted, safe adults and practice clear strategies for seeking help when needed. We will also cover practical anti-bullying techniques that build confidence, assertiveness, and situational awareness. The session concludes with a brief parent conversation to reinforce these skills and provide guidance for continued discussion at home.
This class is most suitable for ages 5 - 12 year olds. Please wear athletic clothes and tennis shoes and bring water.
