About The Event
This is great adventure for all ages. A 40 acre nature preserve near town that offers marshlands, many tree species, gentle trails and a small duck pond. It has a one-ish mile, gentle loop trail with cut across options. With our focus on Autumn leaves, Los Jilgueros is a perfect place to observe sycamores, willows, oaks, and cottonwoods. Our 1 mile adventure, is flat, mostly level, and is great for all ages and for strollers. We will collect leaves and make some leaf rubbings.
