About The Event
This is great adventure for all ages. A 40 acre nature preserve near town that offers marshlands, many tree species, gentle trails and a small duck pond. Feel free to bring some veggies, fruits, grains or duck feed for the birds (no bread please). It has a one mile, gentle loop trail with cut across options. Los Jilgueros is a perfect place to observe sycamores, willows, oaks, and cottonwoods. Our 1 mile adventure, is flat, mostly level, and is great for all ages and for strollers. We can/will split up into groups to accomodate different speeds.
